JR Riley-Minor started her first business while in college where she gained first-hand knowledge of the bottom-line in business that she took with her during her years in the corporate market. JR's entrepreneurial skills were further developed in the years after where college she went on to open a Salon, Barbecue Catering Service and a Business Management company.

JR Riley-Minor is no stranger to the Corporate and Civic community having spent 16 years as a Business Owner and a Board member for various companies and professional organizations, which taught her the importance of management, responsibility and personal accountability.

JR comes from a humanitarian family that taught her the value and the dividends that come from serving your community and the world at large. She continues in this field as Consultant for a Non-profit and recently Board member for Diamond in the Raw Foundation.
