
![]() Jessica Mack Board Member With more than a decade of experience in sustainable design and construction, Jessica Mack is devoted to uniting necessary stakeholders to improve the performance Biography of buildings. As the manager of Southern California Edison’s (SCE) New Construction Services, she oversees the field delivery of all non-residential new construction energy efficiency programs. Her responsibilities include the implementation of program operations and achievement of demand side management goals, particularly energy and peak demand savings. Mack’s organization saves more than 50 million kilowatt-hours of electricity per year, the equivalency to an avoidance of 36 metric tons of carbon dioxide or the electric use of more than 4,000 homes per year. Prior to working at SCE, Mack was the senior program manager for Sempra Energy Utilities responsible for managing the State of California Partnership program (Governor’s Green Building Initiative) and the Savings By Design program. Mack began her career with the City of Los Angeles, Bureau of Engineering where she worked on the design and construction of many public works projects including the $178 million Proposition DD: Library Bond Program and $600 million Proposition Q: Public Safety Bond. Mack holds a B.A. in Architecture with an emphasis on environmental design and construction management from the University of Southern California. Dedicated to the promotion of green industry and its professionals, she currently sits on the board of directors for U.S. Green Building Council – Los Angeles (USGBC-LA) and the Collaborative for High Performance Schools (CHPS). A native Californian, Mack has lived in the Los Angeles area for the past fifteen years with her husband, Johnny, and four children. |
