Kim Hassan

Kim F. Hassan is a Senior Regulatory Attorney at Southern California Gas Company in Los Angeles, California.  At Southern California Gas Company, she works on various matters, such as serving as lead counsel in proceedings to develop and administer Low Income Assistance Programs, and serving as lead counsel in proceedings to encourage women, minorities, and disabled-veteran businesses to become product and service suppliers to the utility.  Kim earned her Juris Doctorate at Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C., and her undergraduate Bachelor of Arts in English at Howard University in Washington, D.C.   She is actively involved in community development initiatives and has served as mentor in the Big Brother Big Sister Program for two years.
