We accept donations of products in exchange
for recognition during the Stuntwomen’s
Awards Luncheon. The recognition would
include a verbal thank you to all sponsors
who donate products, a written thank you in
the program and recognition on the
Stuntwomen’s Awards website. Depending on
the size of the donation, even more
recognition is possible.
Donations can include items for the gift
bags, flowers for table centerpieces,
flowers for the honorees, or special gifts
for the honorees, or silent auction items.
Gift Bags:
The minimum amount of items for the gift
bags should not be less than 300 of any one
item. There should be enough so that every
person who attends gets one item in the gift
bag. Suggested items include promotional
products, gift certificates, etc.
Centerpieces:
The minimum number of centerpieces should be
36, one for each table. A final, exact
number can be provided three days before the
event. The centerpieces can be floral, or
something else that is creative. Certain
items such as candles may need to meet the
approval of the venue.
Silent Auction
Items: Items may be donated for the silent
auction. All items should be a value of no
less than $50. Suggested items include,
autographed memorabilia, artwork, tickets to
sporting events, tickets for concerts, gift
baskets. Donations and information about
each donation would need to be supplied in
advance.

Flowers for
Honorees: A bouquet or floral arrangement
could be provided for each honoree, to be
presented to them upon receiving their
award.
Special Gifts
for the Honorees: Similar to the flowers,
gift items may be donated to the honorees.
Items may include promotional products, gift
baskets, etc. Such items would most likely
be provided to each honoree on the day of
the event, just prior to the awards.
The
Stuntwomen’s Awards benefit the Diamond in
the RAW Foundation’s educational and
mentorship programs. The Diamond in the RAW
Foundation is a non-profit 501-(c)(3)
