THE DIAMOND IN THE RAW FOUNDATION

The Diamond in the RAW organization is devoted to transforming and empowering the lives of at-risk teenage girls between the ages of 12-18.

Our intent will be to enhance and nurture at risk youth by nurturing their ambitions for future endeavors. In addition we plan to educate, provide resources and information, as well as promote professional development that will build an integrated network of service systems compatible with our mission. We further visualize that by mentoring these individuals and sharing our experiences we can provide the necessary tools needed to achieve success inside and outside of the entertainment field.

Our Goals

Improve self-esteem by encouraging intellectual and moral growth.

Encourage, Expose & Educate our participants about business, entrepreneurship and career opportunities in and around the entertainment industry.

Enlighten our participants to occupational and vocational opportunities.

Offer mentors and partnerships through our programs and workshops that will improve our participants' life coping skills and give them a new, hopeful perspective on life and their future.
